A Tribute to Bob's Dogs

Philosophy...

It's up to us to take the time and make the effort to spend quality time getting to know our dog companions through education, practice and patience. Knowledge, experience, and developing a personal relationship with our dogs through training, will build the trust that is needed for success. With a step-by-step approach, people can learn simple, positive, safe methods to communicate with their dog in a way in which dogs understand.

As a trained professional with 28 years’ experience in dog training, my goal is to teach what is best for you and your dog. I’ve worked with thousands of people from young families to senior citizens who want to have some sense of control over their dogs and enjoy the pleasure of having their dog as a true companion. Isn't that what having a dog is all about?

I have dedicated my career to constant improvement and expansion of my behavior training skills. I use styles and techniques for individual handling that promote positive feedback for your dogs. My training philosophy is based on canine perception and how to adjust our human behaviors with a balance of operant conditioning. By giving your dog love, proper discipline and positive reassurance, every dog has a chance to enjoy a happy long life.

I believe through my extensive experiences, there is no ‘one style of training’ for everyone or every dog. Each family and each dog has a unique and special way of learning. With my expertise, I can custom fit a behavior training program that is best for you and your dog.
